Keep your decorations simple. If you (or any of the gals) like to get a little crafty, this is your chance to shine. You could make some of the decorations – banners, photo backdrop, balloon arches.  A great idea is to cover the walls of your party room with photos of the bride – as far back as you can go… We wanna see how she looked as a teenager! Your bride will be sure to love these personal touches.

If you’re bringing props and costumes for your bride – try getting second hand before heading to the store.

We all know that heading out to restaurants is going to get expensive, so try to keep this to just one or two meals out.

• Go for a hike – if you and your girls are fitness babes, going on a hike or bike ride is a great daytime activity. Find a pretty spot nearby, get in your sportswear and let’s have a break from drinking!
• Karaoke night – you could rent or buy a karaoke machine and sing your little heart out all night with your friends.
